
Radius Telecom offer numerous maintenance contracts to its customers. They are as follows:
Retainer Contracts
This contract type is used by companies that have very little IT and Telecoms support requirements or where they require advanced technical expertise coupled with full helpdesk services backed up by guaranteed service level for on-site support. All on-site time is billed, unlimited remote and telephone assistance are covered in the contract cost.
Standard Contracts
Similar to the retainer contract, however this contract also includes unlimited on-site break Fix time. This contract option includes all support labour time, where the system is outside of hardware warranty parts are charged for. This contract option allows fixed annual support costs making it easier to budget plus backed up priority level service on-site support. Telephone systems configs are also managed and backed up by Radius Helpdesk and remote access is configured on the systems to allow for fast remote support. This contract can be paid monthly by Direct Debit if required.
All inclusive Managed Contract
Same as standard contract however also covers, all system reconfiguration changes and new users, managed contracts also cover monthly bill reviews allowing Radius Telecom to manage call trends, monitor calls per extension, per user and ensure bills are kept to a mimimum. Managed contracts also allow Radius change service carriers (without contract) allowing calls to be routed via different carriers (GSM, VoIP, Wireless and copper) depending on per min. billing and call destination.
