Our Outsourced telecoms solution offers the latest in conventional telephone system technology coupled with multiple carriers (including VoIP) to reduce your bills. We install, manage and support your Telephone systems for a fixed monthly cost and at the end of the contract period ownership of the system transfers to you. In most cases the agreed fixed monthly cost is less than what the client is currently paying.

How does Outsourced Telecoms work?
Step 1: Radius Telecom reviews your existing telecoms bills.
Step 2: We input the data – call volumes, costs, call destinations etc. into the Radius Telecom calculator and work out the optimum number of lines and carriers needed. We review the clients existing telephone system, we look at the number of offices and locations (single or multiple office locations) and calculate the savings using the latest in telephone system technology and multiple service carriers.
Step 3: Based on the Return on Hardware investment, we calculate the new monthly fixed cost. Savings to be achieved normally range between 15 and 70%. We then present 3 option:
- Upgrade the existing system and configure it to achieve savings
- Install a new system in the clients premises and configure as required
- We configure a hosted (web based) system and install new handsets on site
