IT / Telecoms Helpdesk – Internship position – 9 months (ref: hdi01) Have you excellent customer service skills? Strong PC knowledge and background? Technically minded and fast thinker? Want a career in IT support systems, networking and field service?

This position will include: On the job training (on the latest market leading helpdesk and managed services applications), MS office 365 cloud training and exams, Fully paid, instructor led, MCITP training course including exams, Access to experienced field service engineers. Hands on time for building and configuring servers and office networks.

Sales support and IT administration – Internship position – 9 months (ref: ssi02) Have you excellent customer service skills? Strong PC knowledge and background? Have excellent attention to detail and a fast thinker? Want a career in Customer service and account management in a fast paced IT / Telecoms environment?

This position will include: On the job training (on the latest market leading helpdesk and managed services applications), Sage Account software training and quotation systems training, Access to experienced accounts and office administration process and procedures, The opportunity to progress into sales account management position
